Before founding OTERRA, Ria worked as a Business Consultant at Accenture for three years. In her role, she analyzed cross-industry business processes, identified bottlenecks, and designed technology-based and data-driven solutions to accelerate business growth. During her tenure, she handled clients across four different industries in both Indonesia and Malaysia.
Although her consulting career offered financial stability and intellectual challenge, Ria realized her life’s purpose went beyond those comforts. In 2021, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, she made the bold decision to leave her high-paying job to build OTERRA — a startup committed to leveraging food technology innovation to make nutritious, healthy food accessible and affordable for everyone.
