Joel Canggayuda is a corporate legal professional with over eight years of experience, handling diverse sectors such as finance, property, plantation, F&B, education, manufacturing, and venture capital. Starting his career as a Legal Executive, Joel now holds a key leadership role as Head of Legal at Young On Top, Indonesia’s largest youth community organization.

 

As a Legal Expert, Joel provides strategic legal counsel to top management, oversees contract management and negotiations, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages licensing across government institutions. His close collaboration with cross-functional teams enables organizations under his care to operate efficiently and lawfully.

In line with his commitment to empower entrepreneurs, Joel leads #KontrakUKM, a YOT initiative that helps MSMEs access clear, safe, and practical legal contracts. He also actively shares his knowledge and nurtures young leaders through his involvement with Young On Top.
